WHO AM I?

This is me and my sweet (then) 3 year old son Magnus.

My name is Tina Hnatiuk and I am Life Coach, Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher.

And, as for why you should listen to me over the countless other voices in yoga and meditation let me give you the short answer (because we are all busy).

I don’t like Facebook groups, what’s the advantage of joining it?

Is there a cancellation fee?
