Is balance something that always seems elusively somewhere into the future?

One of the simplest ways to achieve balance daily (because there will never be a magic moment when things will be in balance forever and ever amen), is to focus on the one most important thing.

This is the one crucial high level activity that needs to be done that day.

Not the entire To-Do list (that let’s be honest, is mostly busy filler that we feel satisfaction crossing off), just ONE thing that if it’s done would make the biggest impact in your day.

This is going to be different for everyone.

Some days this is my meditation so I can be more focused at work.

Some days it’s completing a landing page for my marketing material.

Some days it’s having a nap so I have the energy to do the other important things.

The To-Do list will never be done (sorry not sorry!), there will always be more laundry to fold, and dust will keep accumulating.
