      Tina lives and works in beautiful Nelson, BC. She has been a Life

      Coach and renowed Yoga and Mindfulness teacher for 13 years, and taught over 10,000 hours of yoga.

      She loves creating yoga and meditation programs for busy women that are playful, loving, AND relieve stress so they can be all the women they most want to be. She believes in compassion over perfection and is passionate about helping women love and care for their minds and bodies in the midst of their busy lives.
