How Can I Reset My Password?
First, request a magic link to automatically log into your account:

Enter your email address & tap Send Email
Check your email and tap the magic link to automatically log into your account. If you haven’t received an email after a couple minutes please remember to check your spam/junk folder to see if it landed there.
Once logged in to the membership area, you can change your password by going to: My Account > scroll to the bottom > Change Password
How Can I Change My Email?
You can change your email by logging in and going to My Account > My email and change it there.
How Do I Unsubscribe From Emails?
You can unsubscribe from receiving future emails simply by tapping Turn Off at the bottom of any email you receive from Quick Bliss Yoga.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
Quick Bliss Yoga is easy to cancel at anytime with no cancellation fees or weird rules. Our relationship is way more important to me than a few bucks. Simply:
- Login to Quick Bliss Yoga
- Click “My Account”
- Click “Subscriptions” and cancel your membership

How long are the yoga classes?
All styles of yoga classes are divided into either: 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes so you can always find time for a class!
What kind of equipment do I need for Quick Bliss Yoga?
All classes (with exception to Yin classes which use a bolster) are designed to do without any equipment other than your yoga mat.
Props are wonderful additions to your practice, and you can use things in your home like cushions or blankets for extra support.
If you’d like to do the Yin classes and don’t have a bolster, there is a “How To” video that shows you how to make a great one in seconds with only a blanket and a towel.
How can I tell how difficult a class will be?
The gentlest classes are Yin, then Gentle with Flow being more intermediated and Power yoga classes are the most challenging and will make you sweat!
I’m just starting, how can I find easier classes?
Yin and Gentle classes are a great way to get started!
I’m pregnant, do you have prenatal yoga classes?

How often are new classes added?

How can I favorite classes I love?
To favorite a class:
- Choose the style of class (Yin, Gentle, Flow, or Power)
- Click the class to open it in a new window
- Click the heart underneath the video.
- Voila! You’ve favorited your class!
Where can I find my favorite classes and see the most favorited classes in Quick Bliss Yoga?
- Click “Favorites” in the header at the top
- In the sidebar it will show you both your favorite classes and the top 20 favorite classes in Quick Bliss yoga
How often are there challenges in Quick Bliss Yoga?
Quick Bliss Yoga has regular challenges every 2 months to help you solidify a regular yoga routine. We use human behavior to our advantage to ensure everyone completes the challenge by placing all challengers in teams to provide accountability and support throughout the challenge. Because we are more accountable to others than to ourselves, placing everyone in teams has resulted in a 100% completion rate.
How do I join a challenge?
Every few months Tina Hnatiuk will announce in both email and within our private Facebook group when the next challenge will begin. Simply comment on the Facebook post that you’d like to join, and she’ll assign you to a team that will be released the day before the challenge starts.
Then you’ll find your teammates and connect via Messenger or whatever communication you prefer. Moving forward you’ll touch base daily to calculate your total minutes as a team, then share them on the daily challenge post in Facebook.
Do I have to be a part of a team?
To do the challenge inside the Facebook group, yes, and you will LOVE it. However, you can always do your own challenge though on your own.
