Who I am…

My name is Tina and I am a busy mom running a business trying to do my best every day just like you.

I am a mom (read: no sleep guarantee and non-stop demands)

I am a dreamer (read: I believe we are all here to make a difference)

I am also someone who knows how to lower stress and anxiety using evidence-based practices in the least amount of time…because nobody’s got time, including me.

You won’t see me plastered on social media in extreme yoga poses with almost no clothes on. That’s not my thing. But, giving women real tools to help them feel more energized, present, and ease in minutes a day…that is.

I know my shit. I have taught over 15,000 hours of yoga and meditation over the past 13 years and have over 13 years of experience Life Coaching busy women to lower stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

I have worked with thousands of busy women and moms and helped them go from exhausted and overwhelmed, struggling to make it through the day, to feeling calm, present, and happy in as little as 5 minutes a day.

Length

All the practices are 20 minutes or less to support you in creating a daily (if not more regular practice). Most classes are 45 minutes or longer.

Delivery

Monthly members can cancel at any time – there is no cancellation fee or penalty! All you need to do is cancel from your PayPal account and you’re done. 🙂

I'm still new to yoga. Is this a good fit for me?

Quick Bliss Yoga is great for those with beginner, intermediate, and advanced Yoga experience. If you are brand new to yoga there are lots of How To videos as well as over 50 videos (with more added weekly) that are perfect for those who are just starting out. 

What if I don't want to follow a calendar?

That’s totally fine! You do what’s best for you. The calendar is great to take the guesswork out of choosing practices or to get you out of your comfort zone if you typically choose the same practices. 

I'm not a mom of young kids. Will this work for me?

Yes, of course! We have members of all ages and backgrounds in The Quick Bliss Yoga community. You can connect with women around the world on our Quick Bliss Yoga Facebook Page to do challenges, get support, and ask questions. 

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds for the monthly membership plans, but you can cancel at anytime through your PayPal account.

I don’t want to sound cheap, but I just don’t spend money on myself. I don’t know if I can justify the expense.

I get it. For many women it’s not easy to spend money on themselves because they feel like it would be taking away from their family. Let me break it down for you: $20 a month is the cost of ONE drop in class at a studio, FOUR coffees, or $0.67 a day.

I had other membership sites that I never used. What makes this one different?

I see the price is comparable to many of the other online sites out there with celebrity yogis. Why would I choose yours?

Being famous doesn’t make you better, it makes you more visible. I have over 15,000 hours of teaching and have been a renowned sought-after teacher anywhere I’ve lived.
