who am I?

This is me and my sweet boy Walter (you’ll see him in yoga videos!)

My name is Tina Hnatiuk and I am Life Coach, Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher.

You won’t see me plastered on social media in extreme yoga poses with almost no clothes on. That’s not my thing.

But, giving women real tools to help them feel more energized, present, and ease in only minutes a day…that totally is.

I’ve been doing this a long time and know my stuff. I have taught over 15,000 hours of yoga and meditation over the past 15 years. And have over 15 years of experience Life Coaching busy women to lower stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

I’m also a busy mom, so I get it. It’s hard to fit it all in. I also know that even 5 minutes of yoga or meditation can shift your mood, mindset, and increase your energy.

Those 5 minutes can change your whole day, and over time, it will change your life. I should know, this is how I practice too!

Are there any contracts or commitments?

Monthly members can cancel at any time – there is no cancellation fee or penalty! All you need to do is login to your Quick Bliss Yoga account, go to “subscriptions,” click “cancel,” and you’re done!

I'm still new to yoga. Is this a good fit for me?
Quick Bliss Yoga is great for those with beginner, intermediate, and advanced Yoga experience. If you are brand new to yoga there are lots of “How To” videos as well as over 50 videos and audios (with more added weekly) that are perfect for those who are just starting out.
What if I don't want to follow a calendar?
That’s totally fine! You do what’s best for you. The calendar is great to take the guesswork out of choosing practices or to get you out of your comfort zone if you typically choose the same practices.
I'm not a mom of young kids. Will this work for me?
Yes, of course! We have members of all ages and backgrounds in The Quick Bliss Yoga community. You can connect with women around the world on our Quick Bliss Yoga Facebook Page to do challenges, get support, and ask questions.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our content, we do not offer refunds for the monthly membership plans, but you can cancel at anytime through your PayPal account.
I don’t want to sound cheap, but I just don’t spend money on myself. I don’t know if I can justify the expense.
I get it. For many women it’s not easy to spend money on themselves because they feel like it would be taking away from their family. Let me break it down for you: $20 a month is the cost of ONE drop in class at a studio, FOUR coffees, or $0.67 a day.

Plus, you will feel the effects of yoga immediately. Even 5 minutes of moving and breathing mindfully will make you feel better instantly. You will feel more calm, energized, and present. And when you do it consistently, it will rewire how your mind and body relate to stress. You will sleep better, lower your stress, and become happier. Science says so. Is that worth $.67 a day to you?

I had other membership sites that I never used. What makes this one different?
In a nutshell: simplicity and ease, community, support, personal contact.

Other membership sites focus on volume: lots of teachers, lots of styles, lots of classes. They are big, complicated, and frustrating to use. Yes, you get a lot, but you also have to sift through a lot to find what you want.

They also have no contact with the teachers or other members. With Quick Bliss Yoga you have regular contact with me (Tina) and other members to provide support, accountability, and community feel because we are on this journey together.

Why did I create it this way? Because I’m invested in you using the site, not just paying for it.

I don’t like Facebook groups, what’s the advantage of joining it?
There are SO many! The best part of course is the community, and everything outside of the yoga membership site will be in here: challenges, requests, Q&A’s, trainings, and notifications will be in here. It is a great hub to learn, grow, and gain accountability. Of course you’ll get the most out of it if you participate, but you’ll also benefit even if you join just to keep up to date.
I see the price is comparable to many of the other online sites out there with celebrity yogis. Why would I choose yours?
Being famous doesn’t make you better, it makes you more visible. I have over 15,000 hours of teaching and have been a renowned sought-after teacher everywhere I’ve taught. Other memberships sites are based on volume, lots of teachers, lots of styles, lots of classes. Quick Bliss Yoga’s focus is to keep things simple, easy, and personal so you actually use it. Which is also what sets us apart: you get personal contact with the teacher (me) instead of canned production videos
I have major knee issues and the combination of yoga practice and meditation has helped to reduce pain and allow me to breath through the pain.
