JUST 20 MINUTES PER DAY
Each day I’ll post a brand 2 new 20-minute (or less) yoga classes to choose from in a private Facebook group along with an easy tool to calm your mind. 20 minutes is realistic, which means you’re more likely to be consistent. And consistency leads to RESULTS.
PRACTICE AT HOME
Every morning you’ll get access to 2 new yoga practices to choose from and meditation or tool in the Facebook group. You can complete the practices from home on your own time, making it realistic for busy women.
NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY
You don’t need anything fancy. All you’ll need is access to Facebook and a comfortable place to do your yoga practices.

Prior to your kickoff, I’ll send you a FREE checklist to help you stay on track. Crossing your practices off each day will keep you motivated and inspired.
